2020 Hoka Hey Riders
MOMIS KOMET

ALT NAME

The 2020 Hoka Hey Motorcycle Challenge™ brought riders together in spite of the Covid-19 pandemic; beginning and ending in Panama City Beach, FL. Kicking off on August 9, 2020 the route took riders on a 10,000 mile circuit with checkpoints in Santa Fe, NM; Rogers, AR and Essex, VT.

MOMIS KOMET (Momaas Gomet) is from the Muscogee language and translates to mean "I will see this through until the end". This theme was used to describe not only the perseverance of the Hoka Hey Motorcycle Challenge™ organization as we celebrated 10 years since our 1st event; it conveys the tenacity of the Muscogee Nation of Florida and their struggle for recognition and survival; and finally, it depicts our riders’ efforts on behalf of their chosen charities having raised nearly $500,000 for non-profit organizations around the Nation!!”

These riders not only taxed their own bodies during the ride but many took a mighty leap further and raised funds for a number of charities spanning the United States. These riders raised nearly $500,000 for charities across the country.
