The Route

Its a Good Day To Ride

Being hailed by Black Hills Harley as the "Iditarod of Harley Davidsons!!"

All we’re going to tell you about the route is that the first leg of the Hoka Hey Motorcycle Challenge begins in Key West, Florida and runs approximately 1,000 miles to somewhere in Mississippi where you’ll find the first checkpoint.  Here you’ll get a map for the next leg of the ride.

Checkpoints will be a good place to meet up with your support team, get stocked up on food and supplies and to give your scooter the once over.  Riders will not be required to lay over at the checkpoints but facilities might be available if you want to rest up and hose down.

The your arrival on the Kenai will be on the 4th of July 2010 and we are planning a bash that will celebrate both the holiday and mark the arrival of the most hardcore bikers on the road that summer! Not to mention a recognition ceremony for the Challenger who gets there with the shortest time.

But, we aren’t planning to give a half million dollars away so riders should expect to travel along back roads and byways. Hail storms, heat and scorpions. We're hoping you get it all!

But - can you handle it?
