Its a Good Day To Ride

In order to be considered for participation in the Hoka Hey Motorcycle Challenge all applicants are required to provide the following documents:*

> Release & Waiver

> Medical Reports (if needed for passengers and sidecars/three-wheelers)

* Viewing Hoka Hey Motorcycle Challenge forms will open a .pdf file in a second window. Please be sure to have Adobe Acrobat loaded and that your security settings will not block the content.

Please read all forms carefully before submitting your application package. Submit the application package along with your cashier's check or money order to:
